Worst bank ever marcus made me wait a hour and says sorry can u come tm
I been banking at t and d for almost 20 years I like this bank but I can't take or deal with the slow horrible unprofessional just waiting no greeting or politeness at all rude I stepped in the door and not even a hello I'll be right with you no acknowledgement at all only one teller and one in the office on the side by the door she so lazy won't even step in to help the line while it was so long I had to get back to work usually I would see the one's in the office come out to assist with the busy line nope she just sat ther... read more
Before I can even get a word in they tell me that no one is available to open an account and there was 3 HOURS left to closing. Funny thing is I didn’t even want to open an account I just had a question, it’s like they just didn’t want to help. There were 4 people just sitting around doing nothing. Do not recommend.
So.. on a beautiful yet hectic Saturday morning, I rushed to this branch to open account.. little did I know it takes about 1 hour to open an account .. so the rude.. lady at the counter goes and states.."I can't do it" it takes an hour and we can't be here 10 mins pass the hour"... so I tell her my situation.. and she repeats herself. Unfortunately customer service is not the priority here.. and that's okay.. I assume.. I just hope her rainy days doesn't need "customer service" because if I'm on the other side.. Slow and ineptitude is all TD bank knows. After my experience of waiting 2 hours for the notary and leaving I want close my account and bank elsewhere.
