The service is pitiful! They advertise that they are the convenience bank? I have wasted 3 trips to the branch and more than an hour on the phone trying to get them to stop sending my statements to our old address! I have never been so aggravated by any bank! Nobody has a clue! How hard is it to change an address!?
just stood in line for 25 minutes to make a cash deposit because the one teller was helping a customer get a secured credit card. I think he should have been made to wait for an associate to help him. it is unfair for customers making a simple transaction to wait so long at 10 minutes to closing time.
Great service. Always friendly, smiling, courteous and helpful employees.
