EVERYTHING!! They are just as bad, if not WORSE, than Bank of America!! out here trying to survive and TD Bank screws you every chance they get!!! Stay away from them!!
Every time I call customer service about my business account, they lock me out and I have to go into a branch to prove its me. This is the friendliest bank. I dont think so. So now I will close out two large accounts tomorrow. Treat me like crap and I will treat you the same way back
Several branches in my area in Miami and I can't recall ever seeing one person of color on staff. Upon entering there was a staff member replenishing the pens at the deposit forms desk and she didn't even acknowledge me or offered to assist me as I was looking for withdrawal forms. Terrible customer service.
