Trying to help someone out today and suggested TD as a good bank and of course they would provide horrible Customer Service! 😡 If you ever need help with a new account while the inside of the branch is closed, you can forget it. Couldn’t even explain why the application would not submit online as we sat in the drive through and told them exactly what was happening. Just said, “Sorry”. Ok, TD no more referrals for you. Hello, Wells Fargo! Thank you for your quick service and amazing customer service.
Clearly one of these workers has some personal issues going on! Very disrespectful with no regard that I drove over an hour just to come do what I needed to do. Everything was going through fine at first only to be told to come back for an appt tomorrow... I know better! Also, judgment from the staff was totally unprofessional and uncalled for! My relative is too naive to see it but I clearly do!! The vibes I got were unbelievably cold!!#wow

The employees don’t even know what they doing this. I forgot why I left this bank years ago. Now I remembered how in trained and the lies they tell you. They worst than Bank of America which I really do hate with a passion.
