This has been one of the worst banking experiences I’ve ever had. I honestly don’t understand how TD Bank allows this level of customer service and still operates in the U.S. market. The employees at this branch seem to lack basic customer service and hospitality training. Every time you walk in, it feels like you’re working for them instead of them serving you. Tatiana is the best!! My husband and I set up three accounts with her today in person and the process was seamless. From start to finish, Tatiana was polite, understanding, and answered any questions we had, etc. Highly recommend.
