Tatiana is the best!! My husband and I set up three accounts with her today in person and the process was seamless. From start to finish, Tatiana was polite, understanding, and answered any questions we had, etc. Highly recommend.
Poor service, went to release a levy and cash out a CD. I was talking calmly and service advisor accused me of screaming, it’s clear she doesn’t know or even want to try to be of service. Nothing was accomplished. Went into the city, 34st branch and in less than an hour Levy was lifted and CD was cashed out for a total of 10 thousand. I don’t mind dealing with new people to finance but someone who is not try to be of service is a problem.
Liberal woke stupid attitudes. Their credit card payment system malfunctions with my bank account 50% of the time and the last thing I need is an attitude on top of it while they destroy my life. Have to spend more money that what the credit card debt was worth on attorney now. Their website they constantly “update” has more bugs every time. It’s like me, it looks nice but highly dysfunctional. What goes on in that back office?
Dirty place with loads of bird feathers on carpet. Surely they have a housekeeper? Too small so people on top of each other when waiting for a teller which sometimes there is only one of. No actual line system with barriers. Ghetto bank with no staff going above and beyond. Security guards always on phone or not paying attention. ATMS right by window and the shade on ATM is pointless at blocking out glare. Very hard to see. And machines never look wiped down.
