I find the new TV commercials for TD Bank very amusing. A more human bank? Really... TD bank found it "human" to confiscate money left in an account due to lack of activity. We were never notified of their policy nor the fact that they were draining funds for "fees". The bank actually had the nerve to tell us they would do us a favor and we didn't owe them anything additional. More human? I don't think so!
They Charge you $7 to cash a check if you don't have an account !!! What a bunch of thieves !!!
(Negative One Stars) I am appalled. I had my bank account hacked, and $900 was stolen. TD has been a nightmare to deal with. After two weeks the money was finally returned...but it was like pulling teeth to get this established. When I went into today to have the money moved into the "new account" I was told I would need to undergo yet another lengthy process. As soon as these issues are resolved I will be taking my account elsewhere. How appalling.
TD Bank has gone to the bottom of the barrel in banking. Worst customer service, Tellers with attitude and to make matters worst, I walk into a branch to add a beneficiary to my account that I am a Sole signer on and now i am finding out in the worst way that somehow MY ACCOUNT ENDED UP ON THAT PERSON'S ONLINE BANKING and now an Unauthorized signer who is NOT supposed to have any of my account info can view my account transfer MY money or do whatever they want with my account, how can such a "great bank" have people servicin... read more
Americas most inconvenient bank should be their new campaign. Has to be the slowest customer service in all the banks in business today. After 45 minutes there, called customer service and was on hold for 11 minutes. Spoke to someone for 3. 14 minutes= inconvenient!!
Every time I leave this location, I leave with a head ache. The employees smile a lot but really don't know their business. A long haired blonde thick woman is just out right rude. Once I received a new debit card. Next day it was deactivated because of some fraud issue. I went into fix the issue. One employee put me on the phone with customer service. The blonde woman came over to me and said you are using our business phone, how long are you going to be? Rude, I goto the lighthouse point location to avoid this location.
My manager at TD Bank suggested me to take a TD VISA credit card - Don't do that, it's one of the worse. They blocked my account because apparently some frauds happened at Publix that same day. I called, spoke with a supervisor (IRIS #1051156), she just apologies and ask me to wait to speak with her manager. After 1 hour and 17 minutes, I'm still waiting. BOYCOTT TD VISA PLEASE
