I wish I could do Zero stars. Incompetence is the word for the day and rudeness. This is the 3rd time I have been to this branch to make an only for deposit request for a family member. As usual, they gave me a hard time. Even though I made 2 deposits earlier with a few issues, this 3rd time was ridiculous. I will never visit this branch again and neither should you.
I have been banking here for the last 3 months and every member of the team is helpful. Prompt in their assistance, knowledgeable, and friendly. Tina specifically helped me resolved some issues I was having on the administrative side of my account. Don’t mess around online, come in to the branch and they will help you every time!
I went to open a new account, was able to get an activated debit card immediately, everything was explained very easily and professionally, and the staff was really nice. I came there from the Chase Bank across the street where they couldn’t open an account with me, because they said they were closing at 5:00 (it was 4:35).
I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the service I received at this TD Bank branch. My experience has been nothing short of unacceptable and reflects a serious lack of professionalism, accountability, and basic customer service. I initially came in to open a cash card and clearly requested that $500 be added to the account. Instead, the cashier mistakenly deposited $5,000—a massive error considering it was my own money.
