I love this bank
I wish I could do Zero stars. Incompetence is the word for the day and rudeness. This is the 3rd time I have been to this branch to make an only for deposit request for a family member. As usual, they gave me a hard time. Even though I made 2 deposits earlier with a few issues, this 3rd time was ridiculous. I will never visit this branch again and neither should you.
I have been banking here for the last 3 months and every member of the team is helpful. Prompt in their assistance, knowledgeable, and friendly. Tina specifically helped me resolved some issues I was having on the administrative side of my account. Don’t mess around online, come in to the branch and they will help you every time!
