I've been a customer of TD bank for over 5 years. I love this place they always call me by my name when I walk in. It takes me forever to remember someone's name but they somehow remember everyone's name. Always very professional and just because the bank is based in Canada this does not make it a bad place here 😆.

I was waiting for service to replace my debit card as the fraud dept blocked it. One of the reps says she will be right with me. The phone rings, she picks up. Then a manager comes out sees me sitting in the lobby and places someone else in the chair in front of her. That was completely rude. I have been with TD for years. Maybe we need to look for a different bank. Shame because my dad and I both used TD

Have been a customer for years and several times I have really been let down by them. Several times I have seen employees mock customers who are in the drive through. I have also had several bad experiences using their services such as the replacement card. My card had been damaged or something and was not able to be read by any chip reader. The employee "assisting" me did everything they could not to help me solve the issue, even stating that it couldn't be the chip, when it wasn't even able to be read at the bank. Bank els... read more
