Horrible customer service. Face to face is clearly not meant for some of your employees. I'd highly recommend going to almost any other location if you'd like someone to actually help.
Parked in the back of the building with a small trailer, got kicked out while waiting in my truck for the bank to open by an alleged employee.
I went in to get a cashiers check with cash this morning, I only have a business account. They said I need to deposit it, they said I needed a personal account if the money wasn't business related, I reluctantly said fine I'll open a personal account. Then the manager said I'm not opening a personal account so you can just get a cashiers check. So basically - I was told I need a personal account to get a cashiers check then when i said ok I will open one they said NO because I might just close the account. Make it make sense... read more
