very bad customer service.
Worst bank ever!!! they completely lied to me about the process of a secured credit card. DO NOT GO TO THEM.

Recommendedreally nice people. I don't have a car so they let me conduct business at the ATM. And Mario is very easy going he is very easy to deal with. I still don't understand the deal with the woman flipping out because he wouldn't count $400 in change. I sure wouldn't that's what coinstar is for.
Was treated horribly by the meriden's location manager and one of their employees. I have never been so disrespected. I will never return and I suggest you pick a different location as well.
Over draft fees are terrible.
If I could give less than 1 star I would. WORST customer service I have ever dealt with. I have an auto loan through this company and was considering getting a bank account with them as well - so glad I have not! Was lied to twice by customer service representatives and hung up on by the third when I was voicing my frustration! I will NEVER be recommending this bank to anyone. Can PNC please move into new england?
