I am shocked by the sheer incompetence here... I am a Canadian living and working in Canada that also does some business in the States. Recently I was selling my property in Florida so I needed to open a business bank account to receive the funds. I tried to open the account online and on the phone but ultimately was told I'd have to come into a branch to open it; that it couldn't be done in any other way.
