I would like to highly recommend this bank. I have been a customer here for years and always receive respectful personalized care. Most recently, I had a fraud issue, the Assistant Manager, Raj, compassionately and capably helped me get a resolution to the issue, within a few days my funds were restored to my bank account. Her kindness and compassion in a difficult situation is hard to find from a run-of-the-mill bank anymore, this kind of kindness sets this bank apart.
We used to love TD Bank especially Hockessin Branch . We had multiple accounts including 2 business accounts with them. In the last three years they have gotten horrible to deal with . In my last 6 visits to the branch there has always been a problem. Rude service, slow service, refusal to complete tasks because they did not update their own system, etc. I am finally closing our last account with them since things have only gotten worse.
Have been banking with TD Bank for six years, but I think this branch needs to be shut down. Incompetence is exemplary here from top to the bottom. Everyone sets a benchmark on how not to do your job.
Dealing with an ongoing fraud issue on my account, im out thousands of dollars and i was told i would receive an awnser over the phone never received a call back tried to call 2x today no awnser
An employee named Melissa had amazing patience while explaining how to open an account, how to operate ATM, online banking, etc. She explained everything very clearly, step by step, and made the process easy to understand. Thank you Melissa for your time and explanation.
