On every visit to the TD bank in Clearwater, FL, I get the good fortune to deal with Marissa L. She is always so pleasant, greets me by name and treats every customer like gold. She knows the value of customer service and provides the highest level of it. Marissa makes banking with TD an absolute pleasure. I wish every company had people who treat me like she does every time I go into the branch.

I have needed a new debt card cause my wifes crones dr appointment doesnt except tape to pay, or account numbers. I have both personal and business accounts I opened at this office. I have had some of these accounts for over 10 years. The tellers have all been great. Marissa, however, is the best. If she sees me entering the bank she always calls out to me by name. I have had the need several times to have documents notarized. Brad has always been willing to act as the notary. IMO, this branch is one of the friendliest I have ever encountered, and I bank at several area banks.
The worse Location ever. If there was an option for 0 stars, I would put it. Went for notary, they have 6 accounts with me and my husband combined, saw someone name Brad. Refused for no reason. Willing to close all accounts and switch banks.
