Manager acts like I don't belong in the bank every time I go there. Horrible tellers who are consistently rude . No matter how many times I let customer service know purchases aren't fraudulent they freeze my card at random . Can't wait to close my account because I hate this awful bank.
I was asking for help because the card pin number change, out of the blue, to the old pin number. So, I wanted to ask why. The manager, director or supervisor was rude and sarcastic. He had no people manners at all. The cashiers looked like they were afraid of him.
If you want to have a bad day , visit this bank/ location. They gave my elderly Father a hard time to deposit $100 in my account. They told him he had to present a Ssn (for $100) are you serious ?? Good grief it’s not like he was depositing $10,000 or greater. I never received any notification from TD bank stating that a ssn is now required for cash deposit of any amount .
The staff here showed me that they care for the local community even though it is a national bank. I don’t bank here but my daughter who just learned about banks in preschool wanted to exchange some quarters for bills. We were turned away at Freedom Credit Union (the local bank) where we also don't bank (I bank online), they didn't care that it was just $6 in quarters and it was just for a child. I had to drive a tearful 4 year old over here after that experience. I am glad TD’s teller had more common sense than FCU’s.
