This was a terrible first time experience. I was told that they only had two tellers working. I made it easier and created my account online. All they had to do was give me the physical card when I got there. When I called back to confirm, the teller tells me that she cannot give me the card after previously telling me on the phone that I’m able to receive one the same day. Manager acts like I don't belong in the bank every time I go there. Horrible tellers who are consistently rude . No matter how many times I let customer service know purchases aren't fraudulent they freeze my card at random . Can't wait to close my account because I hate this awful bank.

I was asking for help because the card pin number change, out of the blue, to the old pin number. So, I wanted to ask why. The manager, director or supervisor was rude and sarcastic. He had no people manners at all. The cashiers looked like they were afraid of him.
