Awesome in bank experience. It'd been a long time since it's cashed a check at a bank. Parking was plentiful and easy. I was there midmorning and just after school drop-off time so it wasn't crowded. The young looking teller was friendly, helpful and efficient. I didn't catch her name but she mentioned her 11 year old daughter and shared great memories of her grandmother and great grandmother as we waited while the computer processed. If gladly visit this branch again. It was so much more enjoyable than using the App 😊
I have a dispute and the bank mailed me paperwork to fill out and fax back. I filled it out and had my husband bring it to TD because we don’t have a fax machine. They refused to let my husband who’s on the same account fax the paper! He had to leave and go to Staples to fax it 🤪
I think everyone at this location and managers are excellent in customer service
Terrible experience. Manager is rude. Tellers seem lost at their job. I'm not sure why anyone would bank here.
