Employees REALLY don’t want to work here. Publicly groaning to each other the entire time about contacting another department to assist with an issue and another coworker “stealing” her unrelated new customer sign up, and service at a glacial pace. No one besides security even greeted at walk in despite no line for all 4 employee desks. This is the worst TDbank location in lower manhattan. Every time I come here they cannot assist me. They never have enough people working. Their debit card printing machine is down or there is another issue.
As a teenager unaware of anything related to banking and finances, I couldn't be more grateful to Tanisha Grant who really took her time to explain every procedure and process to me. On January 15th, my 18 year ld daughter and I visited the East Village Brach. I have been banking with TD over a decade and The Store Supervisor Ms. Tanisha Grant's service was beyond expectation.
