This is the worst TDbank location in lower manhattan. Every time I come here they cannot assist me. They never have enough people working. Their debit card printing machine is down or there is another issue.
As a teenager unaware of anything related to banking and finances, I couldn't be more grateful to Tanisha Grant who really took her time to explain every procedure and process to me. I've never felt more welcomed or comfortable by someone's customer service before. I highly recommend this branch and ensure you that Tanisha Grant will make sure you walk out satisfied!
On January 15th, my 18 year ld daughter and I visited the East Village Brach. I have been banking with TD over a decade and The Store Supervisor Ms. Tanisha Grant's service was beyond expectation. Today was not the first time I've been kindly and astutely assisted by TD banker Tanisha Grant, but it's the first time I've figured out how to post my appreciation. I'm limited in terms of my financial know-how and even more limited in computer skills...but no matter how slow or dense I am, Ms. Grant always--always!--is patient and thorough in explaining things...and cheerful and bighearted as she provides her guidance. I'd like to go back to last November and write her name in for President! No exaggeration.
