Knows how to cause a real headache. Customer service agents are booked 45 minutes out when you show up just to give them a proof of ownership on an external bank account. Not much customer “service” going on here.

I booked an appointment on Saturday to meet with account specialist on Monday at 2 PM, when I arrived they told me the person who will meet with me just went on Lunch, knowing he has a 2 o'clock appointment, then he was told I am here but he insisted that he is in Lunch. They told me to wait but I will leave and make another appointment, good thing I am here to close my account
