Absolute worst customer service I have ever encountered. Been lied to twice on the phone and had a third representative hang up on me. Can not believe a bank with this terrible of customer service is still in business. Would NEVER recommend them to anyone!
I just received a beautiful card from Marie wishing me a speedy recovery on my wrist!! This truly touched me as I wasn't expecting this and after the year I've had, 3 surgeries & 4 deaths including my mom & ex husband , it's been a difficult year.
