Hi I was a valued customer until they change your policy I am a grown man that works 12 hours a day they keep changing their policies and it affects us a set of helping us I would partially locked out of my account cuz I lost my card they told me they changed your policy and they updated it in the policy so instead of asking me for my phone number they just put it on a piece of paper and sent it to me and then locked me out of my account and dad said he can't give me a new card they have to mail it to me but they'd rather ha... read more
I love td. This branch especially has exceptional staffing. My family goes to see Diana p. and she helps us with new and existing account information. They always say hello when you walk in too. I wouldn’t want to do my banking anywhere else
Idk who the guy was who took my phone call this am about direct deposit being delayed cause of the holiday yesterday but he was rude as hell.
Omg I got on here to say the same thing another customer said. The ATM is always dirty and nasty and trash everywhere. It smells horrible like urine and liquor. And one of the tellers was absolutely rude. Had the nerve to have an attitude when I asked a question about the paperwork she handed me. Clean up the entrance ways as you walk in, especially that sideway where random people be laying on the ground. went to the bank the other day and ATM smells like piss plus there was a line one guy was taking forever with like 8 transactions so I went inside to make my deposit. I always use ATM so I didn't have account number or any information nor my glasses to see so I went to the counter not only did the guy bust my ass and give me a hard time for not filling out a deposit slip but he asked for my ID He must have gone into my account and change information on my account without telling me a word because it triggered an alert on my ... read more
