Great customer service
Awful experience here. They refused to give me money I had in my account because I didn’t give them a reason on what it was for? It’s my $ and was no where near the 10k flag limit. Wasted my lunch and absolutely unprofessional behavior by the whole staff. Don’t go to this branch ever!!!!!
So I had an unwanted rent charge for 5oo dollars to my account, when contacting the landlords asking them to return the money they wrongfully charged they said there was nothing they could do. I decided to go to the bank and have the charge disputed. When I got there I was immediately greeted with smiles. Zee was the one who helped me, she understood my issue and before continuing, asked for my name, told me she would do everything she could to help making me feel much more confident about the situation.
