I am very disappointed with the service we received from banker Serkan. My husband and I had an appointment and spent over an hour completing the paperwork to add his name to my bank account. Later, we discovered that his name was never added. What was even more disappointing was that no one contacted us to explain there was an issue or to let us know that the request had not been completed. We had to find out ourselves. I wanted to take a moment to acknowledge 3 of the most amazing bank customer service reps I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with Felicia Liz and Moe. They are outstanding and the best I have seen at any bank great customer service and always friendly even on the occasional bad day. Others I have had to deal with exactly the opposite. So thank you Felicia Liz and Mor you make the day a little easier to get through and to management you need to keep these three they are what makes td bank worth going to.

Everytime I go to this bank I literally pray that Mo Langley is not my bank teller because she is extremely unprofessional. The first time I had an issue with her, it was because she felt the need to state the balance of my account in front of the bank with other customers near. I felt violated because that is my personal information and you never know who is listening. her exact quote was “i noticed you have X amount of money in your bank account, im wondering if you would like to open a credit card account.” I declined and... read more
