I wanted to take a moment to acknowledge 3 of the most amazing bank customer service reps I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with Felicia Liz and Moe. They are outstanding and the best I have seen at any bank great customer service and always friendly even on the occasional bad day. Others I have had to deal with exactly the opposite. So thank you Felicia Liz and Mor you make the day a little easier to get through and to management you need to keep these three they are what makes td bank worth going to.
Everytime I go to this bank I literally pray that Mo Langley is not my bank teller because she is extremely unprofessional. The first time I had an issue with her, it was because she felt the need to state the balance of my account in front of the bank with other customers near. I felt violated because that is my personal information and you never know who is listening. her exact quote was “i noticed you have X amount of money in your bank account, im wondering if you would like to open a credit card account.” I declined and... read more
