Amanda is my go to at this location. She is incredibly helpful, kind and gives me accurate information so I can make an informed decision. I have been going to see her for the past 3+ years and am always satisfied with the service she provides. She is the primary reason I still use this location
My husband went there to deposit checks into my account but couldn't. They will not accept a deposit from anyone but me. I was in the hospital and have bills due. What kind of customer service is this? Are they going to pay my late fees? I used to love this bank. Once I am well I will be going to the local credit union. Disgusted!!!!!!
