Horrible customer service!!!! I just started many new accounts here and I was just treated horribly. Was told to go home and call the 800 number my self because that is what they would anyway. This employee just doesn’t care. 2/1/25 12:45 pm I will be looking to move my accounts to another bank.
Horrible customer service, was lied to about what I could withdraw and felt racially profiled like the other comments mention. Will be looking to switch banks soon.
My experience is always great at this location, go on a Sunday to the drive through, there is a young lady that works the weekends, I change my check with her every week, because I refuse to open an account(bad experience before) but this young lady is amazing, she remembers me and always gives me a lollipop for my baby girl
They deserve zero-star, they will try to help you but in the end they can't be able to resolve the issue
