TD Bank began towing cars in its lot on a 24/7 basis without warning! I parked my car there on a Saturday night (4pm) for a night out on the town and they had my car towed. It cost me $215 and they weren’t even open! I think it’s pathetic that they started this without warning and that it cost such an aggressive amount! I will never be using their services and I will be sure to notify all friends and family members not to go there.
The reason why this star is so low is because my own bank can't even assist me with my tax papers. Something that would only take a few minutes. In general decent service but this is not the place to go to if you need fast basic help.
Beautiful old stereotypical bank, outstanding staff in every way, helpful, friendly and knowledgeable.
