No one answers the phone after several weeks of calling at different times. Don't open a business account here
The best customer service that I have received at any bank, anywhere. The associate that helped me with some account transitions was super helpful over a multiple days. She even provided great service by email and connected me with tech support when things weren't working as expected. Her colleagues also jumped right in to assist when I was in store. I could not have had a more positive experience.
Everyone here has been very nice and attentive every time I've come in.
