Came in with a Zelle issue, employee at counter got onto the computer and gave me some information. When the manager came over to assist I didn’t see them touch the computer at all, just asked for my phone fumbled around doing the exact same things I did in the app and sent me on my way. Felt like she 1000% could have done something else.
I have never been to this bank before, unfortunately the Ellsworth branch had closed and this was my nearest branch. I had several what seemed complicated transactions which were handled in a friendly, precise and professional manner. The transactions were performed by Hanna Dinardo and the team manager. Thank you for all your help.
Need money they have it to lend!
Absolutely HORRIBLE!! I was in line for over 5 minutes before the supervisor opened a window and took the person inline BEHIND me who did NOT have an appointment. I then waited an additional 10 to 15 minutes before finally being able to talk to a teller. HORRIBLE customer service!! It seems like closing the Ellsworth brach was a great idea for TD Bank customers.
I had a problem with this bank a long time ago thought I’d give it a shot. Made an account online so cool I didn’t have to go in. EXCEPT. After I put money in they said $500 has to stay in the account. I made a checking account . That’s insane. Your insane. And it’s my money. Guess who’s going to a real bank?! THIS GIRL! Bye TD 🙄 your bank still sucks and I’m sure it’ll close in the future . Too many problems. ALSO I WENT BACK AND IT DOES NOT CLARIFY THAT YOU HAVE TO KEEP $500.
