Absolutely HORRIBLE!! I was in line for over 5 minutes before the supervisor opened a window and took the person inline BEHIND me who did NOT have an appointment. I then waited an additional 10 to 15 minutes before finally being able to talk to a teller. HORRIBLE customer service!! It seems like closing the Ellsworth brach was a great idea for TD Bank customers.
I had a problem with this bank a long time ago thought I’d give it a shot. Made an account online so cool I didn’t have to go in. EXCEPT. After I put money in they said $500 has to stay in the account. I made a checking account . That’s insane. Your insane. And it’s my money. Guess who’s going to a real bank?! THIS GIRL! Bye TD 🙄 your bank still sucks and I’m sure it’ll close in the future . Too many problems. ALSO I WENT BACK AND IT DOES NOT CLARIFY THAT YOU HAVE TO KEEP $500.
Horrible and judgemental customer service in the name of fraud protection, every other branch has been fine in the past, great service usually but the Bangor ME location is AWFUL!
Awful management. It is not a bank but a telemarketing scheme. Go elsewhere!
