I have been trying to get issues resolved since I seen Stephen 9/18 who gave me wrong information per the manager Danielle. I spoke with her 9/20. She shooed me out the door be sure she had other customers waiting and promised she resolve my issue and now I'm stuck chasing her. I have been coming in the office calling her and the overdraft fees that have justifiably explained should not be there and she agreed have still not been credited to my account both her and Stephen said they would remove them.
