Very poor customer service, today I went to deposit some money to my account and the lady at the front did not care about customer service. She send to the ATM to do my transaction, don’t waste your time going inside just go directly to the ATM

TD Bank does not support active duty service members. It will also cost my family over $1,000 to continue to use my wife’s account with TD Bank. A TD bank representative informed my wife she needs to travel to the nearest TD bank to transfer her CD to a checking account. We live in the Midwest, and the closest bank is along the east coast.
