July 10th, 2025 9:55am I asked to deposit my check and to also get a bank certified check and was greeted by a rude middle aged woman with an attitude. Menopause must be in the air because there is no reason to be that rude to somebody. Decided to take my check to the Middletown branch instead. Will never be back.

I was happy here for several years. Tellers were super friendly and helpful, locations generally convenient and mobile app useable. However, starting about a year ago, I can’t get cash out of the ATM anywhere without it being disabled for fraud. Even at the local branch where I opened the account. I have called 6 times so far and have asked that at least my local branch be labeled “safe” but no. I’m leaving this bank and moving to a credit union.

I'm updating my initial review to reflect a series of events that happened at this particular branch and to be more concise to give an overall accurate review. About a month ago I began working for a customer who paid me for supplies and labor via a TD issued check. Since I didn't have a brick and mortar Bank it was nearly impossible to cash the handwritten checks at places like Walmart or via Ingo app. Logically going to the bank that the check was issued on would be the best option to cash the check.
