TD Bank does not support active duty service members. It will also cost my family over $1,000 to continue to use my wife’s account with TD Bank. A TD bank representative informed my wife she needs to travel to the nearest TD bank to transfer her CD to a checking account. We live in the Midwest, and the closest bank is along the east coast. July 10th, 2025 9:55am I asked to deposit my check and to also get a bank certified check and was greeted by a rude middle aged woman with an attitude. Menopause must be in the air because there is no reason to be that rude to somebody. Decided to take my check to the Middletown branch instead. Will never be back.
