I went in today, excited to open up an account for my teenage daughter an hour before closing, and was told that it takes more than an hour to create a new account. Meanwhile, I’ve created an account online for myself where it takes 15 minutes. Real bad customer service it would not recommend.
Very poor customer service, today I went to deposit some money to my account and the lady at the front did not care about customer service. She send to the ATM to do my transaction, don’t waste your time going inside just go directly to the ATM
What a dump They won't even break a 20.00 unless you have an account.
