Terrible customer service. My wife went to cash a state check, which clearly would have no issue clearing, and they refused. The teller was rude and basically refused my wife's request to speak with a manager by using the old "the manager will tell you the same thing" comment. We were looking for a new bank, and chose Santander. Nice work, TD for making the decision easier.
