They're so slow. TD Bank is the worst. I banked with them for many years and they used to be good. Now they've been closing almost all of the branches and they've gone so badly downhill. You can go in for a quick transaction when they're not even busy and still wait 20 minutes. How do they have five workers but they only help two customers at a time?
Convenient location sad it won't be around after June. This puts all customers who are local at a disadvantage as customers now have to travel to the closest location of 10-12 minutes out which will also cause slower service being as though there aren't many around.
This is the worst bank I've ever been to, after sitting for an hour the manager told me she couldnt assist me while at the same time accusing me of fraud. Worst experience ever !
