TD Bank is horrible! It's pretty-well regarded in banking circles as a bank where no one banks unless they can't get an account any place else. Same with the employees. They're mostly people with zero banking experience or ones that have been fired from other banks. Worst of all, not only is it not a local bank, it's based in Canada. Not even an American bank! It's such a shame that they had to take over Carolina First, which was a great bank. TD certainly is NOT!
Probably the worst bank in Charleston. Such a shame that this Canadian bank bought our SC-owned Carolina First.
Although most employees are pleasant - Everyone there gives me different/new information regarding my 5 week old account...totally disappointed and frustrated!
