My chip was malfunctioning so I needed a new card,a gentleman said hello and walked me over to his desk, we go back and forth about my card and hes in my account,told me he couldn't print me a new card,that's ok, tells me to use the atm...even tho we both know my chip doesnt allow me to do that but hey just for giggles. Brings me back to his desk..still in my account..tried to do sell me savings upgrades...I ask to withdraw money...he then proceeds me to go to a teller....so you can help with everything but when it comes to ... read more
Probably the worst branch. Never able to get any work done here. Was dealing with Mimi. It’s been 3 weeks and despite me calling multiple times they were not able to give me a letter of verification for my account.
Fast in & out services and all staff members are so nice, helpful . Thanks to all staff 😊🙏
