The people who work here have been helpful every time. I'm not a fan of TD, however their in person customer service at this location is very good
We were there on 10/4/2025, waited for 3 hours, the "customer service" said to be incapable, and ask us to wait for another Service Reps, and than another Reps, and finally the last "Service Rep", she said, "Oh, I can't help with that, you'll have to call TD". I am here at TD Bank!!!! Most staffs here are incompetent and incapable, don't waste your time here as we have. Go somewhere else.
Been coming to this branch for years and have no complaints about anyone that helps me there. Between Amy, Mimi and Joe, my issues are taken care of quickly and unless it’s a TD Bank problem, they always resolve my issues. I literally drive past the Billerica branch to go to this branch because of the staff.
