I had a wonderful experience at TD Bank. The branch was very clean and welcoming, and everyone was extremely professional and kind. Mimi assisted me with opening a new checking account and helped me with other needs and was very helpful, patient, and professional throughout the process. This bank is my absolute favorite out of every TD branch in the area and I’ll never go anywhere else again. The staff are always welcoming and friendly, and very attentive and helpful for anything I need. Amy in particular is incredibly knowledgeable and my go-to banker!
I have dealt with them for years and they used to be good people, but now their behavior makes it feel like they have absolutely no experience in customer service; you get the impression that they have no idea what they are doing.
