If the bank is closed you can’t even get in to use the ATM. The damn door has been broken for months! It’s annoying as hell. Better off putting my money somewhere I can actually get it out when needed.
Tremaine was wonderful to work with, very considerate and helpful.
On multiple occasions Tremaine has gone completely above and beyond to help me, including being willing to stay open past business hours when I needed assistance. The blonde female manager at this branch (didn't get a chance to ask her name) was incredibly rude. We were trying to open a joint account using our valid passports, but were told they require two photo IDs, and our driver's licenses were expired. While we understand bank policies, the manager's attitude was unacceptable. Our associate, Tremaine, was fantastic and tried his best to help us. This is a great TD branch. Super clean and the staff are amazing. Big thanks to Tremaine who attended to me. He went above and beyond in responding to my banking request. He is polite, knowledgeable, funny and extremely helpful. I totally recommend him and this branch!
