Horrible Experience, Called 10 times and was put on hold everytime , stole my money last august and i still haven’t received it yet .
Slow and a little bit rude
I’ve had no issues with this particular branch. The problem is the fact that I have no choice but to visit here in the first place! TD Bank Corp. permanently closed my TD branch in town, (Marion SC), and now, I have to travel 60 miles, (round trip), just to make a simple deposit! With gas at $4.45 a gallon and climbing, I can assure you, I’m not happy. I’m EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED with TD, and add extremely frustrated to that! 🤨
Best banking experience I’ve had in a while!! The whole staff was amazing. I had an issue with my account that customer service couldn’t solve no matter how many times I called. Shirley and Diamonde took the time needed to fix the problem and made the whole experience pleasant. THANK YOU 🙏
