Great customer service
Had an appointment at 10:30 am with Allean Morton today and I waited for 24 minutes. She didn't even come out to acknowledge I was there. Is this the way this Bank does business? Because if it is, I would never recommend anyone do any kind of commercial banking or any banking whatsoever with this bank. Seems to me that this individual is inept and complacent. No customer service whatsoever.! Very disappointed to say the least.
