Since Gilbert left this branch it is disorganized, they miss-counts money frequently. Remi Gonzales should not be in charge of taking out the trash let alone managing customer service, he rude and violated banking laws. They allow 50,000 in fraudulent checks to be taken out of my account and it’s almost a year and it’s had not been returned. Advice: Bank somewhere else!
