The customer service at this branch is horrible. I had a problem with fees being wrongfully deducted from my account and after serveral emails and phone calls the problem has still not been resolved. I was told I would receive return calls and they did not take place, when I call Im advised someone will call me back instead of being able to speak to someone immediately.
