Always has a good customer service
I went to this Bank to do a simple wire transfer and ended up waiting over an hour. No one seemed in a hurry, no apology for the delay, and no clear communication about why it was taking so long. For something that should be quick and routine, this was incredibly frustrating and a complete waste of time.
Horrible experience. Overall terrible!!!
