I went to this Bank to do a simple wire transfer and ended up waiting over an hour. No one seemed in a hurry, no apology for the delay, and no clear communication about why it was taking so long. For something that should be quick and routine, this was incredibly frustrating and a complete waste of time.

I'm parked at the customer's parking lot and one of the female worker get very close to my vehicle then looks at me as if I'm in the wrong because she's late to work now mind you that there's plenty of space everywhere in the parking lot so why act like you're entitled to the space? She's a black female worker at this branch and when I decided to move my vehicle she stared at me with a attitude. I don't mind banking here and have always gotten my questions and finances handled well at this location's front desk. However, I can't say the same for the 'financial advisors' and employees at the side desks. When opening a retirement account, the employees were condescending and gave terrible financial advice. Since my retirement account was 'not wealthy enough' for them, they told me to just pull all of my retirement funds out.
