I don't mind banking here and have always gotten my questions and finances handled well at this location's front desk. However, I can't say the same for the 'financial advisors' and employees at the side desks. When opening a retirement account, the employees were condescending and gave terrible financial advice. Since my retirement account was 'not wealthy enough' for them, they told me to just pull all of my retirement funds out. Good customer service on the surface, but unwilling to get anything done when needed. I was told that they couldn't contact fraud department, they could only email them when there was an issue with my deceased mother's account that I'm an administrator on. Unprofessional behavior and a waste of time.
