I rarely write reviews however when it comes to our financial needs & choosing the right financial institution / branch to manage our accounts, customer service is extremely important to us. I can’t express enough in words how Manjula the Vice President & branch manager has been engaging & professional. Her knowledge as a financial advisor is impressive however the customer service she provides is exceptional.
I am so glad I took my daughter to open an account at this branch. Michael was professional and inviting. The information was clear and not rushed. My daughter felt comfortable and walked through the process of how to bank, from what to do at the teller, online banking and how to access and use the ATM. Seem-less process, informative and useful. If you need to go into the branch for anything, you won’t be disappointed at this branch.
I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at this branch today. I went in to withdraw money from my account. I presented my ID when prompted. Then the employee made me wait 15 for a manager to come. Right before the manager appeared she told me the there was a problem with my address. I was very confused, since she never asked what my address was. Apparently, she used the address on my drivers license, which is an old address.
