I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at this branch today. I went in to withdraw money from my account. I presented my ID when prompted. Then the employee made me wait 15 for a manager to come. Right before the manager appeared she told me the there was a problem with my address. I was very confused, since she never asked what my address was. Apparently, she used the address on my drivers license, which is an old address. (They don't even send the stickers anymore to update addresses). She still hadn't exp... read more
