Useless. And they let people skip right in front of you.
Ms. Natasha was extremely rude and unprofessional. She repeatedly interrupted me and did not allow me to finish my sentences or explain my issue. The interaction felt dismissive and disrespectful. TD Bank should seriously review its customer service standards at this branch, as this experience was unacceptable. This location clearly needs better training and management oversight.
