This store needs to be fine for not doing daily cleaning of their side of the property.. Whoever the landlord or owners of this property are — DWP should fine them. Ridiclous how we have people who want to be council men or women for this area but can't even do normal advocacy to have these businesses keep their property upkept and not dirty!!
Slow service.Customer service is horrible. Card is locked been waiting over 60 minutes from check in time. One person at the desk to assist. Teller Nicole was rude and had attitude. I am primary on 16yo accounts. Now over 1 hour wait I was asked for my kid to be present when customer service number already stated that was not needed.
The manager Nicole Cole is a clown literally was no help waited in their lobby for well over an hour while she giggled on the phone . LOBBY FULL OF PEOPLE AND SHE WAS THE SLOWEST WORKER MOVING
