I've visited this location twice in recent weeks - one day during the week and on a Saturday. Attempting to open a business checking account (as I already have an existing business checking and personal saving). Besides there allegedly being no manager on site and manager review required to open a business account, your customer service leaves much to be desired. First of all, I made a quick deposit on this branch location into my savings account. The Teller is reasonable and doing her job. Until the Supervisor or Manager, whom is in charge of the Teller or receiving funds. She is very disrespectful and unprofessional behavior. I understand that there are protocols and regulations that you need to get information but please do not roll your eyes and tell me that why do i have this amount of money, if I am making a deposit. Very rude and incompetent customer service. Only accept printed docs, won’t print from email. Took them an hour to let me know I needed prints. Asked where to go to print responded rudely: Google it. I think I’m going down the street to chase to move my account.
Went in for the 3rd time to replace my card and the dam machine still not working. Lazy lazy workers too.
