Very rude and incompetent customer service. Only accept printed docs, won’t print from email. Took them an hour to let me know I needed prints. Asked where to go to print responded rudely: Google it. I think I’m going down the street to chase to move my account.
Went in for the 3rd time to replace my card and the dam machine still not working. Lazy lazy workers too.
I usually have good experiences at any TD Bank branches l go, but it wasn’t the case when I visited this one specifically. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE
Attentive and thorough. Never too crowded. Security Guard, Ruben was well-informed, helpful, and FRIENDLY!
