The worst TD branch I’ve ever been. Refused to print my lost debit card because customer service was closed on Saturday at 12:50 PM even though the bank hours on Saturday 9 AM to 2 PM. Today is 10/18/2025
The assistant manager Joelene was both useless and unfriendly. Showed no interest in customer service. Not any person with a pulse should be given management responsibility. Bad for business. The reviews for this branch speaks volumes.
I recently visited this branch to add a beneficiary to my account. The process involved entering only a few basic details, (Name, DOB, SSN, Phone number and home address) - yet it took more than 20 minutes to complete. While I understand that certain internal checks and compliance steps may be necessary, the duration seemed excessive for such a straightforward task. My personal banking experience at this branch is always enjoyable and efficient. You can feel very strong management in all areas of services. Caring and knowledge staff , always very polite and smiling. Pleasure to deal with everyone at this location .
