A word of advice to NEVER EVER use TD Bank!! I have endlessly called and spoken with them during the time following my car accident and told them I was experiencing a hardship and needed to know what I could do to avoid excessive fees on my account until everything got straightened out. Td bank on 2000 W Blue Heron Boulevard Riviera Beach Fl 33404 have some very rude customer service associates the manager falls in that category as well. You never get the same answer twice! You ask one agent how things are cleared and they tell you one way and when you call back cause you have a question the next person says everything the first person said was wrong!
Banking here was an absolute nightmare! I needed to meet with a customer service representative and waited an hour. My time is worth too much to be abused by them.
So far I have had an exelent banking experiance. Banking is very conviant. The staff is exelent. I like the bank so far.
