Every time I've been here the staff has been incredibly polite and helpful. I've had to deposit checks, open accounts, get cards fixed, and exchange currency for international trips here. They were able to accommodate every request, provide insights and recommendations, and complete the transactions without any hassle. I definitely recommend going here if you need any help with TD Bank issues.
I was just trying to cash a check. After being turned away by another branch I called this one which is actually closer to my home. The staff was very friendly and helpful. When I'm ready to open another savings account this will be where I go!
Customer service very polite and friendly
Fantastic customer service. Today I went thru the drive-thru and was complaining about the outrageous heat and humidity we all were experiencing. The teller came back with my deposit slip AND a cold bottle of water for me. I did not ask for it but it was much appreciated. To say that she went above and beyond what was expected in terms of customer service is an understatement.
Highly satisfied with this branch's customer service. The manager handled every thing I needed within minutes. The whole time both of the women who were helping me were very kind, and polite. Great Bank, Great Branch.
