Very disappointed , upset and down right angered by the lack of Respect ,Professionalizm and Human Kindness and Empathy This Manager Has and Shows. Generally I enjoy my banking experience except in one area. Safety Deposit Box procedure is horrible, they do NOT ask for ID. Today makes 4 times I have had this happen. Was told process would be reviewed with employees. I even had a note posted on my file “Do not open without ID” . It was a newer person obviously had not been trained. I pointed out the note to her. Anyone who has your key can walk in and check out safety deposit box. I recommend you check out your procedure at your local bank.
