I was told months ago that they were no longer accepting personal checks. I had a whole meeting with them about it due to that being the way that I would deposit money into my landlord’s account. Due to that, I have been using bill pay each month. This month my bill pay check was received, and never deposited; which caused me to have to spend tons of time on the phone with my bank, and then a 1/2 hr with them in person (and $20) to cancel the check. Big building, nice considerate employees ready to help big parking lot too... Now saying that getting into an out of the parking lot towards the roads sucks!!
Had an amazing experience at this TD!! The holiday season is always such a stressful time of year. I was having issues with my card and was worried I wouldnt be able to get any last minute presents due to the issue. Elizabeth was so kind and helpful. I normally hate entering the bank but I look forward to seeing her next time I need anything!!
