TD Bank has gone to encrypting the statements so now if the computer were ever broken into, those documents are as unsecure as paper copies. I used to download them, merge them into the same file with previous statements and encrypt the file so if it ever fell into the wrong hands it would be very difficult to open. Now they're wide open for anyone to view because I can't do my own encryption. Not what I consider good customer service and I can see some slick lawyer going after TD Bank if a client were to get hurt by this.
