I was renewing a CD with Lance Hutchkins. He didn't feel like dealing with me. Instead, he handed me the paperwork without a word in the lobby. He treated me like I was receiving a ticket for speeding. I will never do business with TD Bank at the Yarmouth location again.
Teller and manager refused to help me get a new card, and told that me my cell phone number was wrong, and could not verify my identity. So I just went to a different branch and they helped me get the help I needed in 5 minutes. I went back a week later and this branch confirmed that they thought I was committing fraud, and I was not who I said I was, even though I had brought a working debit card, my PIN, my ID, and my phone. TD Bank in Yarmouth has the best crew! They’re friendly they’re helpful and are top notch with customer service. Bart is an amazing manager. and Brenda is able to do anything she should be given a TD cape she is a hero.
