Td bank is the worst bank I’ve ever done business with! I warn you, do not do business with TD! I am changing banks this week after losing my entire pay this week!!
Wait wait wait Ever since they remodeled and make you sit down. I would like to find another bank. Even in the car lane. It’s now been 10 minutes.
Everyone is so nice but this branch is too unorganized; so many people working but no one knows how to do anything. Went in first day for assistance on account but not one of the four available employees could handle it. They made an appointment for me to come the next day at 3:00. After arriving at scheduled time, another customer came in with an appointment with the same employee also for 3:00. I waited exactly 20 minutes for service. 😠No one asked me who I was or what I was waiting for. The worst bank I have ever seen in my life. I came to open a company account. But I am lucky that I stayed once rather than being treated like this every day.👎
Forest ave and congress still locations were closed on dec 17 (Sunday) at 1252 while according to online opening times, they were supposed to be open till 2pm. Please fix the opening time so people dont drive to the bank unnecessarily and in a belief that it would be open.
