I had a wonderful customer experience at this branch. My situation is complicated because I live abroad most of the year but Assistant Store Manager Renaldo went to great lengths to help me find a solution to any problem I might have due to my dual status. He was always professional and cordial and I felt like a valued customer. Renaldo's high level of competence and knowledge of TD Bank products was impressive. Thank you for the wonderful service!
I really wanted to have a better experience at this TD Bank branch, but unfortunately, the customer service left a lot to be desired every time. Despite walking in and clearly waiting to be assisted, I was not acknowledged at all. No greeting, no eye contact, just cold, indifferent vibes all around. While the interior is modern and stylish (which earns the one star), a sleek design doesn’t make up for the lack of basic courtesy and attentiveness. Couldn't understand me on the phone
First and last visit. I was regarded as a pest for no reason. Upon entering, the handful of employees were not busy with any customers, and there wasn’t a typical counter, just a bunch of desks. One man behind his desk rolled his eyes at me when I approached, and retreated to the back room. A younger man approached me, and refused to make change with me because I didn’t have an account.
