If I could give less than one star, I would. Went in to deposit a paycheck on a Friday at noon, all was normal. By Monday, I was concerned that I still didn’t see it in my online banking account. Called the regular help line and they were concerned as they couldn’t see any pending deposits either. They recommended I call the branch I went to and inquiring about what happened. I have called and left messages 3 times for a critical matter that can not be handled by the 800 number customer service and have not received a call back. Now I have to make the trip to the bank to deal with the issue. Not pleased with their "customer service" UPDATE: I did go into the bank to handle the issue and received very good service from Caleb. They have been understaffed and have not been able to get to the phone messages. Seems they could change the message to let you know that when you call.
Jenny was delightful and efficient! I've only had good experiences here :)
