Really bad costumer service. Not friendly and poor attitude for work. Not coming back.. the worse..
Always pushing credit cards applications on people.
Anna has left however the service is still stellar with Shri and Mulu running the show. They are professional and will take care of you unlike the West Springfield branch led by Naomi C.
Waited for 45 minutes for a card replacement and was ignored by the agent indicated to assist me. Went to the Annandale branch and was done in 10 minutes.
