Lately every time I need to Do something with this bank it is a hassle...we don't have one in Plant City a just get cash atm Walgreens... so have to drive to Lakeland, Brandon, or Tampa to deposit cash.. Here now amd the thing only take checks..I am trying to give cash..not get it. WTH..TD? Any recommendation for a bank for a non profit that has low or no fees?

They are the worst!!!!!!!!!!!!! They revamped their online system, I did not ask them too, was locked out of my account for 3 weeks, only able to access it maybe once or twice. When online banking came up I was totally locked out and because even though we opened account together, they said they have to have permission from my husband to unlock it, then when I put him on the phone they say we have to go to a branch and show his ID?
