25 mins in the drive thru at the first spot, not in a line of cars...need I say more? They need a hiring fair or something bc that’s NOT convenient at all
Worst bank ever. I've had my account forever 20+ years off and on,and at one point an employee. Everything that was useful in the past is gone and now offered at a premium. Horrible wait times. Awful customer service. Unethical banking practices set to rack up fees. There are way better banks out there with no fees, international fee free banking,with interest in checking.
Just got charged a monthly fee for an account I closed weeks ago. The rude, condescending manager said he was going to make sure that didn't happen...and expected me to thank him. Well thanks for ruining what should be the first dsy of my summer vacation by causing me to visit a bank I no longer want to deal with. Get a new manager. This one isn't even competent enough to be a greeter.
