This bank in its entirety is the most shady, evil, non-transparent, unethical bunch of crooks of just about any bank in the country. Their latest "good deed" is starting to take an additional $15 per month out of my dead mother's account (we were already paying a $1 per month fee) during a pandemic- when businesses are supposed to be helping their customers not causing additional harm. RecommendedI can understand keeping the lobby closed but what I don’t understand is why the drive up window hours have been changed. The hours are very inconvenient and the wait time is unbelievable. Why can’t the window hours stay the same??
