This Bank does a great job … Everyone at the drive thru is great … Employees all are friendly and actually Care … everyone should try to be a little bit more understanding all the banks have been understaffed since Covid so they’re all doing the best they can you need to have patience when you’re going to the bank Ramsey branch is closed on Sundays which is great they need day off

Called in TD to cancel my debit card and put on hold for 30 minutes and counting. On their phone recording they promise you legendary service. Yeah ok not sure what that means to them but to me it’s not wasting 30 minutes of my life on hold
I've been a custumer at this Branch of T.D bank and I have to say, they need to work on their customer service. Its just terrible starting with the manager, just a reminder if the custumer goes to a different Bank you loose.
The drive thru is always closed. 1 teller inside and lines of customers from the desk to the door. Very inconvenient. I would reconsider opening an account here.
