UPDATE 01/16/2026: As helpful as she was, Elena did misinform us of when we would receive our checks. We JUST got them. We were told they'd be in hand 5 days later. This review is for the retail banker, Elena Davidson. Elena was a HUGE help for myself and my family. She was kind, patient and explained everything as many times as we needed. This branch is lucky to have you, Elena. And the staff is also wonderful.
I called 24 hour bank by phone and was told my wait time was less than 10 minutes. I was on hold for 25 minutes. Decided to call TD at the Interstate in Ramsey since that’s where we opened account. Called at 11:58 am no answer. Called back at 1:07 pm and still no answer. How can nobody pick up the phone at a bank?

They never had training. Staff Need training !!!
