Dissatisfied have been banking with TDBank for years and have several accounts for my children my husband and myself... one of the accounts went under the require balance and was charged 15.00 which the lady refused to credit me. I believe that with all my accounts plus our credit cards we should have as a courtesy given the 15.00 reimbursement. I'm thinking at this point to close all my accounts.

Agree , worst bank , needs staff overhaul .... taking our $$ our too
This bank is awful! I will be there Monday morning to withdrawal all my money and close all of my accounts. Terrible customer service online! Do NOT use them !
